Shipping costs

Most of the shipping costs are passed on to you, but we do contribute a small share to each shipment. We would love to offer free shipping to our customers, but as we are a small company that invests its revenue in product development, we cannot afford free shipping at this stage of our business.

The destination country and the weight of your order are the basis for calculating the shipping costs. The calculated shipping costs will be shown to you at checkout. The estimated shipping costs are shown below.

Delivery times

All our products are assembled and packed by hand in our studio in Ghent, Belgium. We strive to ship your order the next business day, but when things are busy, it may take a little longer. We apologise for any inconvenience.

    The agreed delivery times are given for information only and are not binding for Cyclowax. 

      Tax & import fees

      EU customers: Tax included
      United States customer: Tax included

      For our EU and US customers, the prices displayed on our website include all applicable taxes. No additional taxes will be charged at checkout. However, for customers outside the EU and US, please be aware that imports and duties fees are not included in the listed prices. These fees, if applicable, will be your responsibility upon delivery. 

      EU doesn't include UK, Norway and Switzerland.

      Packstations & Parcel Lockers

      Although packstation or parcel lockers are convenient, we cannot ship to them. Most of them are tied to a specific postal service, creating a problem for our shipping partners. We choose the lowest shipping prices that we can offer instead.

      If you wish to send it to a packstation or a parcel locker, please get in touch with us and will find a solution. Do note that shipping to packstations or parcel lockers will have an additional cost.

      RETURNING POLICY

      We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

      To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

      To start a return, you can contact us at hello@cyclowax.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

      The initial shipping costs and those of the return shipment will not be reimbursed.



      Damages and issues

      Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


      Exceptions / non-returnable items

      Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gasses. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

      More specifically Cyclowax will not accept the return of wax tablets with traces of usages (burning marks, partially melted, …). Furthermore, Cyclowax will not accept the return of chains that have already been used by the customer. Only a complete and uninstalled Cyclowax Starter Kit will be eligible for return.

      The cost of return is at the expense of the customer. 

      Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


      Exchanges

      The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


      Refunds

      We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
